The Vancouver Island Whitewater Paddling Society (VIWPS) is an organization of whitewater paddlers based on the island who promote the sport of whitewater, help each other maximize personal skills, explore island rivers, promote access of those rivers, host a number of events on the island and promote safe paddling.
VIWPS is inviting all members to attend our annual general meeting at 7pm on Thursday October 8 . The AGM will be held virtually due to the current state of COVID precautions.
The meeting will be limited to completing a number of formalities which are required steps in the process of the society regaining active status.
In order to vote at the meeting, you must be a paid member of VIWPS. Membership from the current time till April 2021 will be $10. You can register and pay at the link below.

Once you have paid and received your membership, expect an email by Tuesday, October 6th with a link to the zoom meeting for the AGM to be held on October 8th. If you do not receive the link by October 6th, please email Heather at buckingham.heather@gmail.com.
